   I was able to meet this course learning outcome by providing a set of well-planned and appropriately chosen methods in planning and evaluation; specifically, I learned that in every situation and health service management, one should choose wisely. For example, in acquiring information regarding a certain ethnicity or race, one should consider the demographics of such population and use this knowledge in deciding the most appropriate method. Moreover, the best and most appropriate methods should also be the one that healthcare providers should consider, especially in providing healthcare services.
