Generally, companies are adaptive always in innovation for growth and development. This is not just for the company alone but for the employees as well. However, some employees are not flexible enough to embrace change. They are hesitant to adopt change because they are more comfortable in the current situation that they are used to. Some are thinking that change would somehow create a lesser task and would lead to redundancy and result in termination from work.
