Federalism – National Uniformity or State Diversity? Answer

In my personal opinion, I believe the United States is better off allowing states to have the power to create laws they see fit for their specific populations.

If we revisit the lecture on Federalism, a common concept and idea reviewed by Chief Justice Marshall, is that states should not have the ability to eliminate the federal government if the federal government is above the states. Diving deeper into this idea, it is clear that the states are below the federal government in power. This means they cannot create their own laws and make their own decisions, which is very unfortunate overall.
