Even if there are a number of ways to respond to organizational crises, people’s reaction to these crises depends heavily on the public relation (PR) strategy of the organization. One way to address the issue that PR agencies choose is to acknowledge the main problem and to correct them by suggesting solutions. In this case, it is possible to recover, however, the companies need to shell out a lot of resources particularly money to do ‘damage control.’
