Narrative Analysis Discussion Answer

Personally, I am not a fan of suspense and thrillers but the recent movie that I watched that fits the masochistic nature of the thriller genre is IT (2017).  The main antagonist of the film is a clown. A clown is something that we usually associate with a celebration and joy. However, the film IT proves that a clown is twofold as IT causes fear and death. The antagonist introduces himself as “Pennywise the Dancing Clown.”
