Discussion #3: Mediation and Child Custody Evaluations

Like many other things, mediation in contested divorces, custody evaluations, and other similar processes and proceedings always work in theory, but not always in reality. I think that this discrepancy between theory and practice is due to the human factor. Humans have emotions and perceptions and these can have unpredictable results
