Arnold and the Misfit Discussion Answer

In the two stories, both men show similarities in a sense that they are both harmful and manipulative. They are both abusive especially to women who appear vulnerable. In the same way, both men rely on their knowledge about emotions to prey on other people whom they interact with. A notable similarity between the two characters is that both seem to know that they are good what what they do. Arnold, for instance, uses his charm to lure Connie.
