As indicated the Synthesis Paper is to synthesize theory and application in a paper. In this Paper, you will synthesize a minimum of 3 leadership-related theories (could include needs, motivation, cohesion, and other tangent theories) and their prospective applications for coaches. What are the key elements of the theories you choose? How do the theories intersect? How might they be used in coaching settings?

You can ground the paper in content learned from article reviews, books, other valid online materials, or any other sources. You may also include any relevant applications you wish to address.

There is no prescribed length, but I suspect the 6-8 page range is possible (excluding title page). References are required, and you MUST adhere to the APA guidelines.

Should you choose to produce a video presentation synthesizing your chosen theoretical foundations and coaching applications, while it would not replace a written paper, it may moderate the expectations for the paper portion of the assessment (e.g. it might be a bit shorter, but you must still present valid references, etc.).
