I need a research paper discussing “Computer-Based Training, Online Learning, Web-Based Training, and E-Learning” methods, and it’s analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and development problems/issues of such. Must have a description of, and appropriateness of, methods used to conduct the training and development assessment as well.
