Different cultures have varying views on Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). The prevalence of this disease may have also been influenced by these views, including the way treatment processes are provided. Relatively, studies have discovered that disparity also appears in AD cases across different races in the United States, in which some cases were influenced by cultural beliefs and thus, there were differences in how care is provided by Western and non-Western nations. However, it is essential to understand all these facets, as they represent the seriousness of the disease and how its treatment process can be improved, both in Western and non-Western nations.
