Our legal and statistical assessments lead us to propose that Tommy’s client and the consortium actively defend any prospective litigation that may be brought against them. A prima facie case of fraud does not exist in Tommy’s case since it does not meet the conditions. Our poll results, along with the related statistical analysis, reveal that the general public is not dissatisfied with the practice of showing advertising before the screening of feature films. Our degree of public dissatisfaction, we can declare with great certainty, does not meet the threshold of 10 percent or larger established by the consortium as a cause for concern.
