As the world is gearing up towards more complexity and modernization, it is undeniable that different businesses have decided to adopt A.I. or artificial intelligence, even in aviation. The pandemic has brought about many breakthroughs and ideas on how to help companies to survive. Hence, the research investigated the feasibility of utilizing A.I. in aviation to counterweight the airline pilot shortage. Moreover, it examined the advantages and disadvantages of the said plan when implemented. The research used a qualitative research design to obtain the data. The proponent facilitated an in-depth review of the literature and collected the needed data in line with this. Also, thematic analysis is employed to identify the emerging themes concerning the topic.
