Instructions
Dear writer, for this assignment you need to find an article related to health leadership, which is written AFTER Feb 1, 2022. First please send me 2-3 articles so I can get the approval from my professor, and then you can start working on the paper.

I am going to present this paper, so you don’t need to follow any format. And please write the assignments in a way that I would be able to present them, and you can use basic words( it’s a presentation and I am not going to submit this paper) In the instruction it says PowerPoint, don’t worry about that part, I will make the PowerPoint, I just need the paper so I can present.

INSTRUCTION: Each presentation should include a brief summary of the article’s (or story’s) contents, how it relates to leadership.
The presentation is to be based on a healthcare-related news article or other media piece (such as an interview or news report on NPR or public television) and should have a leadership focus. The topic must be pre-approved by the instructor. Each presentation should include a brief summary of the article’s (or story’s) contents, how it relates to leadership, and then engage the class in a discussion on the topic.

For more instruction information and grading scale, please see the attached file. I will also attach chapters 1 and 2, so you will have more ideas on how you can connect the health article to leadership.

Excerpt

In today’s status of the healthcare field, the health and medical sectors are facing a very dire and challenging responsibility especially with the emergence of the global pandemic; still, the sole solution lies on strengthening and amplifying the “why” of the vision and mission of the healthcare setting. This is the holistic and call-for-action concept of Imamu Tomlinson in the article “Healthcare ‘s Imperative for Long-Game Leadership’, wherein leadership in the healthcare setting is very important in battling against public health crisis.

In general, the article asserts that quality and positive leadership management should not only focus on present crisis; it should also put emphasis on planning, devising, considering, and optimizing for long-term plans. Specifically, the COVID-19 global pandemic opened the door of healthcare betterment and the eyes of the practitioners and policy makers on the gravity of the impact of the pandemic and the status of healthcare accessibility and availability especially among populations suffering from health-related disparities. Moreover, the action needed for the worsening pandemic and non-pandemic-related health crisis are increasing over time, which requires not just mere short-term solutions but also the formulation of planning and implementation for long-game improvement.
