industrial revolution. Select an individual or group active after 1945 that tried to change or improve design in some way in relation to social responsibility and global issues and research.
Write a 1250-1500 word formal academic paper driven by a thesis
and argument exploring their ideas, successes, failures, and legacy.

All papers must include proper footnotes and bibliography in appropriate
Chicago/Humanities format

If using images, each image must have a caption indicating name or title (e.g. iPhone),
responsible parties (i.e. maker/designer etc.) and date.

Thesis statement, introduction paragraph, outline, images and captions, and annotated bibliography with at least three sources.

The succeeding period after World War II opens its doors to radical changes on every level. When the war has finally ended, it left a new generation consisting of young families trying to start again ​​​​​their lives. Consequently, this has resulted in a demand for design and inexpensive housing furniture. The design has become a way for people to become optimistic about what is going to happen in the future. In 1957, commercial jet travels were introduced to foster the growing impact of cultural fusion. The designs that were developed after 1945 were focused on practicality, the styles were unconventional, and bridges different cultures together.
