Please share with the class, some lines of verse (poetry) that are especially meaningful to you.  (The lines could come from a “traditional” poem or from the lines of a song–as poetry and songs share a common history.)

There could be any number of reasons–

• you heard the lines at a particular moment in your life
• the meaning of those lines seems to change
• the sound quality captures you
• perhaps the speaker’s delivery touches you
